We develop and manufacture machine controls with touch screens in variable diagonals, illuminated capacitive keys and membrane keyboards individually tailored to your requirements.

We integrate emergency stop switches, select robust surfaces and bond displays with touch screens and cover glasses.

For a smooth communication between HMI and Main Board, we select the appropriate interface and take over the complete component procurement, assembly and programming.

Housing + carrier

We integrate your operating unit or sensor into individual holding frames and support parts made of plastic, aluminum or stainless steel. Our solutions can be easily inserted into your machine via holes, pressed-in threaded bolts or an adhesive on the back.

For handhelds, we integrate your operating unit into a suitable plastic or metal housing. We use standard housings or develop our own housing concept. Design, engineering, procurement and installation included. We manufacture complex plastic parts using 3D printing with our Multi Jet Fusion process.

Connectivity

We transfer your machines into the digital world. For this, we integrated NFC tags or SIM cards into your control front or sensor application.

This allows you to manage your machinery and associated machine data online while offering new services to your customers.

Thanks to our HK technology network, we can offer you a customized IoT solution from device to platform to operation from a single source.

Printed Electronics + Sensors

We develop and manufacture individual foil sensors for displacement, angle and force measurement or position detection for your machines and systems.

With an extremely flat construction height, our foil sensors can be integrated into your machine even in confined spaces.
