Capacitive sensor films

individual and malleable

Capacitive sensor films

are ultra-thin films printed with capacitive sensor fields. As with a touch, the functional films are operated intuitively via light touches. For many applications, these printed controls have become a popular alternative to common membrane keypads and touchscreens. The biggest advantage over conventional touchscreens: customizability! The capacitive key shapes and sizes, design and lighting can be implemented and configured entirely according to customer requirements.

The lightweight, flat and flexible design makes the printed functional films ideal for compact devices with limited space. The flexibility of the sensor film allows integration on curved surfaces. The printed capacitive film can also be optionally combined with tactile switches and pushbuttons.

Wide range of design options

Printed capacitive sensor films can be freely designed!
These functional films are individually printed with the capacitive, translucent sensor fields. You can choose between variable key shapes and sizes and different film materials and thicknesses. The flexible property of the film also allows easy integration on curved surfaces. Even 3D molding (In-Mold Electronics) is possible.

The user interface is also designed according to your design wishes. Whether design film, cover glass or plastic pane – the layout is individually designed according to your wishes.

Note on file naming

To ensure that your files can be transferred and processed by us without any problems, please observe the following instructions:

  1. Avoid spaces: Use underscores (_) or hyphens (-) instead of spaces.
  2. Use dots sparingly: There should be no dots in the name except before the file extension (e.g. .jpg).
  3. Avoid special characters: Characters like &, %, $ and # can cause errors.

Thank you for your understanding.
