Display units for measuring devices must function reliably at all times and be easy to read even in poor lighting conditions. The German company Netzsch GERÄTEBAU GmbH relies on an innovative display concept for its high-precision analyzers, consisting of an LED display with a carrier part, which we have been developing for a number of years. This not only ensures precise and convenient control, but also complies with the strict RoHS directives.
THE REQUIREMENT:
In order to check the operating status of the measuring devices, our display must have certain characteristics:
- Precisely sized display unit for a wide range of analyzers
- Labels that indicate “Idle or Stop”
- LED lighting in different colors for the respective status of the machines (idle or stop)
- RoHs certified
- Suitable for harsh environmental conditions
OUR SOLUTION:
We quickly found a simple and highly effective solution. A resistant display unit with a strong front foil that has no problems with high humidity or hot temperatures. This is stabilized by an aluminium carrier part and fits harmoniously with the analysis device. Thanks to our LED lighting, the desired terms are shown to their best advantage and are easily recognizable even from a distance. The respective colors of the illuminated terms are individually adjustable and matched to the machine.

Thanks to our high standards of quality and precision, we were able to develop a display unit that meets all requirements. The desired LEDs ensure clear differentiation and recognizability of the terms. Thanks to the robust film, the display unit is also ideally suited to difficult conditions.
