2023: We have had a very intense, eventful year. A year that was characterized by challenges right from the start, but also by successes and special moments.
At the beginning of the year, we were still struggling with the effects of the global supply chain crisis. We often had to act very flexibly at short notice in order to fulfill our customers’ orders and delivery requests on time and in full. We were able to respond to this with the appropriate organizational and structural changes – a good realization that we are also fit for future challenges in this way. The flexibility and commitment to go the “extra mile”: our employees have successfully internalized this mindset, for us and our customers.
Company anniversary
An absolute highlight: our 50th company anniversary! A whole series of really wonderful events and joint celebrations and reviews – we will remember the successes and milestones of our journey together for a long time to come.
Sales record
2023 was a successful year for us: we achieved the best turnover in our company’s history. For us – and also for our customers – this is an impressive result and the best proof of the hard work, commitment and professionalism of the entire company environment.
Expansion of the management board
Another significant change was the expansion of the management team. Together, we will bear the responsibility in the interests of all employees, customers, partners and suppliers to lead H+K successfully into the future. We will succeed in doing this with the very special commitment and dedication of our staff as a team. A good feeling.
