2024 a year with new challenges, prospects and opportunities

The new year brings an economic slowdown in some sectors. Despite all the crises, some promising new projects allow us to look to the future with confidence. 2023 was a very intense and eventful year for Hoffmann + Krippner. Looking back, however, we successfully mastered the many challenges together.

What do we expect from 2024?

2024 will be a challenge: many recognized economic indicators determined by reputable institutes point to an economic slowdown in some industry segments. We are confident that we will master this challenge – as we have done so many times before in our company’s history. Despite all the global, geopolitical and domestic German crises, the positive “book to bill” rate from 2023 is not the only reason to be optimistic about the year that has just begun.

Of course, we are still dealing with the familiar issues: the ongoing shortage of skilled workers, still fragile supply chains in some component areas and the crises in some important core industries in Germany. Nevertheless, none of this is a reason for us to think too negatively.

H+K will therefore focus on its own processes and procedures and make the necessary investments in the
digitization and automation, as well as the machinery.

Once again: 2024 will undoubtedly be challenging. But it will also offer us a lot of positive prospects and opportunities for our further development! We will take advantage of these growth opportunities and continue to establish ourselves in the market: As a specialist for complex, high-quality B2B solutions in the field of input systems, flanked by new digital products.

2024: The year in which we get ready for a successful future – to master all challenges together as a strong group of companies!
