Illuminated capacitive sensor film
The illuminated capacitive sensor film can be operated effortlessly via light touches.
By pressing the sensor fields, the color changes from white to green and sounds an acoustic feedback. The 3D printed plastic housing optimally protects the electronics and is smudge, abrasion and UV resistant.
The capacitive sensor film is printed using a screen printing process. The transparent, translucent sensor areas are additively printed onto a flexible polyester film using special pastes. Thanks to long-life LED technology and a sophisticated design, the sensor fields can be illuminated homogeneously and brightly.
Illuminated capacitive sensor film keyfacts:
– Transparent, translucent sensor film
– Printed cover glass (protects the sensor film and is easy to keep clean)
– Integrated lighting with light partitioning
– integrated electronics unit and controller
– 3D Printed Plastic Housing

The operating unit can be controlled easily and intuitively via the 4.3″ PCAP touch display. Using the LOCA optical bonding process, we bond the touch display to the cover glass and eliminate an air gap that would otherwise occur. This improves the touch functionality and the brilliance of the user interface.
For the stainless steel housing, two U-shaped stainless steel frames are welded together. Polishing and grinding make the weld seams virtually invisible, so that the individual parts merge into a single unit. The brushed stainless steel housing gives the touch system a noble design and protects the device from external influences at the same time. Smooth communication and function are ensured by the in-house equipped electronics unit.
4.3″ touch system keyfacts:
