Demo tap2.cloud membrane keypad

tap2.cloud is a system for marking and identifying devices using RFID/NFC technology. The transponder is integrated directly into the membrane keypad and can be read with an NFC-enabled smartphone. The information stored in the NFC chip can be individually determined and easily managed via the Connect One Cloud. With a customizable web app, the linked information can be made available to your customers in an appealing way.

The membrane keypad also features differently embossed key shapes. Important functions can be better highlighted with embossing for easier finger guidance. For this purpose, the decorative film (polyester film) is formed by hot or cold embossing.
Polyester film can be embossed in the following shapes key edge, key high, dome or cushion.

Demo tap2.cloud membrane keypad keyfacts:

– Polyester film printed via digital printing
– Slide-in window for individual slide-in strips
– Integrated NFC chip
– Various embossing shapes shown

You can find more information in our whitepaper “tap2.cloud – The smart product identification”.

Illuminated capacitive sensor film

The illuminated capacitive sensor film can be operated effortlessly via light touches.
By pressing the sensor fields, the color changes from white to green and sounds an acoustic feedback. The 3D printed plastic housing optimally protects the electronics and is smudge, abrasion and UV resistant.

The capacitive sensor film is printed using a screen printing process. The transparent, translucent sensor areas are additively printed onto a flexible polyester film using special pastes. Thanks to long-life LED technology and a sophisticated design, the sensor fields can be illuminated homogeneously and brightly.

Illuminated capacitive sensor film keyfacts:

– Transparent, translucent sensor film
– Printed cover glass (protects the sensor film and is easy to keep clean)
– Integrated lighting with light partitioning
– integrated electronics unit and controller
– 3D Printed Plastic Housing

Touch system slide-by-slide model

4.3″ touch system

With the 4.3″ touch system we show you a complete solution including the touch screen, electronics and software as well as the housing. A product that is ready for immediate use thanks to plug and play.

The operating unit can be controlled easily and intuitively via the 4.3″ PCAP touch display. Using the LOCA optical bonding process, we bond the touch display to the cover glass and eliminate an air gap that would otherwise occur. This improves the touch functionality and the brilliance of the user interface.

For the stainless steel housing, two U-shaped stainless steel frames are welded together. Polishing and grinding make the weld seams virtually invisible, so that the individual parts merge into a single unit. The brushed stainless steel housing gives the touch system a noble design and protects the device from external influences at the same time. Smooth communication and function are ensured by the in-house equipped electronics unit.

4.3″ touch system keyfacts:

– Cover glass, anti-reflective, with C-edge grinding, screen printed
– Optical bonding technology to bond touch display and cover glass
– Brushed stainless steel housing
– Electronics unit SMD equipped
